Pal's Carpet Cleaning

I was afraid my carpet was pretty much destined for the dumpster and my sectional had seen better days. Definitely time to call a cleaner, but who? An old coworker referred me to Pal’s Carpet Cleaning—and I’m so happy she did!

I left a message and Jorge (he of the radio voice) was quick to return my call. My biggest concern was whether he’d come out to the OC—and he does!

He showed up exactly when he said he would, but the true test was the quality of his work. Holy moly! My carpet looks awesome! He got out a years’ worth of dirt from foot traffic, pets, and I’ll be honest—a few food spills from eating in front of the tv. My sectional looks great too! I feel like I just bought new stuff!

If you have carpets or upholstery that’s looking a bit dismal, just call him. He’s punctual, friendly, and does great work. Thanks, Jorge!

Amazing Service! Arrived right on time. Was kind, professional and even arrived same day when I called last minute. I will warn you it’s a bit funny. Lol when he arrived I expected him to have some large loud machine on a van and well, he didn’t it was an SUV, and I said “oh no sir, I don’t need an estimate I wanted the carpets done today.” He said “yes, I know. I’m doing them right now” I was worried I was picturing him pulling a rug doctor machine from Food 4 Less lol however, I was stunned by what he could do with the 2 machines he brought. The carpets went from black pet stained to literally brand new!!!!! You will not regret hiring him. Best part because it’s not a large machine full of water you can walk on carpet in about an hour! Moved furniture back and already enjoying the fresh new looking carpet!!! THIS IS A MUST FOR ANY CARPET CLEANING NEEDS. They also do laminate hardwood (I’ll be booking that soon) and drapes etc! Call them!

George is absolutely one of the kindest individuals. He gave some great advice and easy solutions to keeping our carpet clean. He came fully prepared and cleaned years of out of the carpet. It smelled great and dried within an hour!
The price is worth it and the quality of service was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely be using him for future carpet and floor cleaning needs.

We called George on short notice and he happily accepted our request to clean the carpets of our daughters rental house that she shared with 4 other roommates. As you can probably imagine with 5 college roommates living in one house, the carpets were a disaster. He came in and did an unbelievable job of getting the carpets looking dang near new.
