Let me tell you all one thing If you want an insurance company that treats you like a person and not just as a someone to sell another policy to, look no further. This is my first time using Pronto Insurance. The reason I decided to purchase through Pronto was because of the amazing customer service that Andrea gave me. Very polite, wasn't extra pushy and also got me an amazing deal. It's nice to still find people who have great customer service skills.
