  I love this office!!! I have been coming to Dr. Ho Young Cho for years. He answers any questions you may have, even the odd ones! He also has a great sense of humor, and laughs at all my goofs. Everyone on staff is kind and patient. They walk you through the exams and procedures so you understand what is happening and why. I get anxious about things near my eyes, but I always feel at ease coming here!!! Just about everyone on staff wears glasses, so they completely understand what a big decision picking out new frames can be. When you ask for help choosing, they give you their honest opinion about the frames you're trying on, and help you find the perfect frames for your face shape and personal style! They pay attention to what you've already tried on, and bring you frames to try based on what you like. The level of patient care and attention to detail has made me a patient for life. I am very happy.

  Best experience with an Optometrist. Saved a trip to the Ophthalmologist thanks to his advanced knowledge of the eye, exam, and the time and patience taken to really check carefully. The only real issues I experienced had to do with insurance and whether vision or medical would cover my prescription lenses and frames; as a result I never did get my sunglasses. So I hope I win the drawing! The staff was always very nice and printed whatever copies I needed. I also had children's eye exams here. I may like a referral to a good vision exercise specialist, but Dr. Ho was able to explain what activities would help develop and maintain good vision, when asked. He's very busy, but good, pointed questions well delivered get quality knowledge back. The waiting area is very nice& modern. The selection of glasses in stock and on order is good. Contacts as well. They even carried the kids sport goggles for athletic activities! Kids option for flip up shaded glasses, and colorful styles, simple lines in basic black, or barely there wire. Also I believe the flex frames. For sunglasses they do carry on order all Transitions lines that have been out. The office is very professional and you can pick up your script or order from their vast stock (most do) keeping a copy for reference. Also, the inventory and insurance runs the range from basic coverage ins stock to very stylish designer brands, purchase with private insurance, cc, cash, or finance. The staff is very helpful in that they generally know what your insurance will cover. There are cash retail options above that and/or add on options. The add on items sometimes make a world of difference in vision clarity and life of lenses.

  This place is really awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable and very nice. Dr. Cho was really professional and courteous. He had experience dealing with my complicated eyes and answered all questions I had. It has a really clean environment and they're easy to work with. Bummed out that my work changed vision insurance and I'm not sure if I my new insurance will be accepted.
