  I called Dons Lock and Key due to one of our associates loosing both keys to a brand new vehicle. I originally called the Ford Dealer to find out keys are on national backorder and no time frame on getting replacements I also called another dealer just to verify with the same response. I called another local locksmith they said they do not have keys available and they currently to not have the ability to program this vehicle at this time. Dons lock and key is the one stop shop. Between the office and TJ They have done it again, service that went above and beyond. With all the new implementations from auto manufacturers and the process to retrieve and acquire authorization to cut keys for vehicles that are just being released they made it happen.
  The keys I sourced myself through my vendors since majority or nearly all suppliers did not have the keys I was looking for. I was able to receive my keys in 2 days
  I provided my associate with Dons information to schedule service since vehicle was parked in her personal garage there office acknowledged that I called and stated what service she needed after providing necessary documentation the entire process was amazing.
  I have to mention they’re price is beyond reasonable I’ve paid more elsewhere for less work and a lot of hassle, problems and returning and redoing work.
  This is probably 6th or 7th time using Dons I’ve been to there building as well such an awesome showroom, wonderful staff check out their showroom make a copy of that key you’ve been wanting to copy.

  This place is amazing. They were able to help me with replacement keys for my car and saved me a ton of money by not having to go through the dealership. Great customer service and helpful staff.

  I've always gone to Don's to get keys made. Those little kiosks just don't do a good job. Highly recommend

  I had a tough key situation(they were stolen), Chevy couldn’t help, AAA failed at their attempt. But, the staff at Don’s Lock & Key were friendly and helpful, and had my truck back on the road, from ONT airport, less then a hour and a half later from me walking into their shop; to driving out terminal 2 parking. Job well done!

  Locked myself out of my apartment last night (10pm). All other local places were way too expensive and we're unprofessional. Don's was completely different.
  
  We tried 5 other local places, most quoted us $200+. One told us it would take about 30 mins to get there and cancelled just before he should have arrived. Another had us wait about an hour before someone called to say that their locksmith is having car trouble. Another said we would have to pay $20 to have the locksmith come and look and the lock before he could quote us.
  
  Don's was understanding and professional. They gave us a very reasonable price for the situation, arrived as soon as they could, and resolved the issue seamlessly.
  
  Save the time and stress and call them first. We wish we did. Going to make our key copies and other things there, even though other places are closer, just because they are our favorite spot now.
