(September 1, 2022, 10:50 pm)Customer service is on point!! We checked in for a quick get away at Soboba Hotel for the first time even though we are local. Zach checked us in and we asked his recommendation on rooms. He suggested the pool and golf course view. Our room was Gorgeous!! Spectacular view! We were very happy and have already booked another room! Thank you to Zach for great customer service for going above and beyond for us.

(May 23, 2022, 2:49 pm)We were only in the casino. But it's very nice. Such an improvement. Pretty easy to navigate around the casino. My only complaint is not enough people on the floor to help if you have an issue with one of the machine. My friend had an issue and it took me 10 minutes to find someone to help. Otherwise it was great and had a good time. Even won a few dollars.

Most of the employees on the floor are friendly and cordial.
However, not once during any of my numerous visits has anyone that wears a suit (I'm assuming management) smiled, greeted me or acknowledged me. I often pass them as I walk through the casino and its unnerving to me that upper management behaves this way.
The casino is beautiful, clean and smoke-free. That keeps me coming back, even if I don't win. 😊
