It was a long wait because the lady was the only one there but she was friendly & explained to everyone upfront that she was working alone & there’d be a wait. When it came to our turn she was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.

Absolutely amazing service. I can not say enough about the white glove service I received from Rosana. She was kind, patient and extremely helpful. I went in with my wife , daughter and my two grandkids looking to pick up glasses for myself, my wife and daughter. Kids being kids started to play around and Rosana bless her heart was super understanding and very helpful not only to our needs but also very attentive to my grand kids. Please ask for her by name. I am very pleased with the service in the San Jacinto office. The lady in charge (Ms Joy) was very nice and polite and explained everything very knowledgeable. Always patient and with a smile for everyone. She’s went above and the and even took care of me before opening time! The glasses I got were exactly how I ordered and I will definitely be coming back here every time I need. Thank you Ms Joy!
