(April 5, 2016, 6:16 pm)Cesar represented my wife and I as a buyer's agent. We heard many good things about him but my real reason came down to his 15+ years of experience. Buying homes in the past, I’ve learned there’s never such thing as a house transaction slam dunk. This time was especially true.
During the course of 5+ weeks, Cesar walked us into 60+ homes. From the first house, to the final house, Cesar had the same level of energy and encouragement. He would not allow us to settle unless we were 100% sure it was the right house. In the end we bid on 2 homes and made each time a new learning process. It was the offer 3rd property offer that we learned how good Cesar is at what he does. If two parties are in negations, I would not want to go up against Cesar. You want him in your corner. Don’t let his personally fool you. When it comes down to the hustle this man brings passion and experience to the table.
I’m not here to write a novel on our buying experience, so let me bring to light some important details about our relator.
+ Cesar was always available by phone, text and email. Day one he said “call me anytime”. He was true to his word.
+ Cesar’s level of communication far exceeds those that I’ve experienced in the past. There was rarely a surprise situation or a misunderstanding. This even went for the houses we visited and their selling agent.
+Cesar always understood what we wanted and for that reason, we took his advice & recommendations seriously.
+ Cesar did not recommend houses for us, as we did the pre-selecting. He understood what type of buyers we were and gave us the space we needed. He only discussed numbers when we asked him. He hand selected few properties to show us knowing they came in line with house that fit our previous taste. After each viewing, he asked us how we felt about the property and let us come to our own decisions.
+ Cesar’s ability to plan. Unmatched. If we had a day with 8 viewings, he would pick us up and prepare a road map to each property. Cesar would pre-schedule show times with the sellers’ agents days in advance. He knew when the day would start and roughly when it would end.
+Cesar is the king of Negotiating. For this reason, I have nicked names him the “Negotiator”! When he dealt with our 3rd property offer, he took the lack of seller’s agent experience and turned them into opportunities. Without going into numbers, we were very happy with the outcome. Every buyer wants to know they got a deal and the best property for their money. To this day Cesar continues to remind us what a beautiful place we have. In return we remind him all this was possible because of his efforts.
In the beginning Cesar's experience is why we chose him and in the end it was his experience, personality & dedication that makes me write this review with pleasure. Is he the right person for you? Call him and decide for yourself. This man is clearly in a league of his own. I will recommend Cesar to others and I will use him again in the future. -
