10/9/22 UPDATE:. These guys are still killing it. I had a WR1 rim break on me on a Monday and by the following Tuesday I had a whole new wheel built and shipped to me in Idaho. I had a bike trip coming up in a couple days and these guys really stepped up their customer service and got me taken care of.

Found these guys through Pinkbike. I was able to get a set of my first carbon hoops laced to i9 hydras for much cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. At first I was quoted 2-3 weeks for the build to be complete which was no biggie. I submitted my order on a Saturday and the wheels were built and shipped on Monday. I had my new wheels installed and was riding by Fri evening(less than 7 days after I ordered). I can't recommend these guys enough. Best customer service I've had in a long time. I was sold when they had a i9 hydra/rim of your choice sale I found on pinkbike. Building/customizing the wheelset online was super easy, good fun, and pretty seamless. Built, shipped (free shipping too), arrived a week and a day after order. I personally spoke with someone (they called me!) which was awesome and the email updates were prompt. They wheelset looks and feels so so good, definitely happy with the outcome. Awesome work. They back up their work with a lifetime craftmanship warranty too. 'Nuf said.

Had a mullet wheel set built for my steed. Stan's flow EX3's with hydra hubs, sound like a swarm of angry hornets🤣. So far so good! Stout hoops, been on a few gnarly, chunky rides and the wheels are as true as the day I got them. These dudes do great work. I highly recommend them yo.🤙🏽

SpokeX is one of the best companies I have ever bought from. I ordered a custom built We Are One Union wheelset with Industry Nine Hydra hubs. It was going to be 3-4 weeks from other wheel builders, but SpokeX got them to me in less than 1 week! They were very helpful before the sale and did an amazing job building, packing and shipping my new wheels. I will be a repeat customer!

Hunter and the whole crew at SpokeX are so friendly and knowledgeable. The wheel set I purchased looks fantastic they talked me into put some color into the build which added a better look to my bike. I’ll have to buy some more red to add to my bike.
