Excellent attention from the Doctor and if he loves his work, he knows how to treat all the people. I really appreciate his help, even though I'm just starting.

I went to Dr. Mavila for severe back pain and weight loss. He reviewed my blood work and checked my x-rays. I was very impressed by his work and him fixing my back and helping me to loose weight. I recommend to everyone.

I went to Optima with severe back pain that had become disabling after 6 years, and I was afraid I would have to stop working. I could barely stand or walk, and had severe pain all the time. Cesar Mavila was immediately much more than just a chiropractor. He spent more time going over my X-rays and MRI than any of my doctors had done. He showed me what was going on in all the different problem places in my spine, and educated me about how I had done this to my back, and what I would have to do to heal it. He taught me exercises to do every day to start the healing process, then taught me how to sit, walk, and stand so I didn't continue to injure my back more. He uses all the newest therapies - a spinal decompression machine, laser therapy, and massage, as well as chiropractic manipulation. After 6 months of these therapies, my pain is gone. I'm walking, standing, and moving normally. I know I will need to continue to be very careful because it takes a minimum of 2 years to heal herniated discs, but I'm so grateful to be out of pain already. Before I found Dr. Mavila, I had tried 3 doctors, 2 rounds of physical therapy with 4 different physical therapists, and a back surgeon. None of these things helped me at all - not even a little bit. My back just got steadily worse. Dr. Mavila's multi-faceted approach was the first thing that helped, and it has helped much more than I dared to hope for! I would give him the highest possible recommendation for anyone who has back pain! He will NOT stop until he figures out exactly what is going on with your back, even if you have several things wrong, like I do!

I started going to Dr Mavila at Vail ranch Family Chiropractic in October in a severe lower back pain since then he has and help me improve greatly when was the first to discover that I had 3 bulging discs my family physician and others and not found this at that point even though I had been in multiple times for severe back pain he's a doctor that actually cares about his patient it's not just about is billable hours same treat a patient the whole patient not just a problem. He now treats my whole family with great results.
