I had a knee that I had 2 operations on, and it was hurting but I didn't want more surgery - but I could tell because I was favoring it, I was walking differently, and it was even causing me back pain. He helped me to make the muscles stronger around my knee and showed me stretches to do to increase my flexibility... Thank you so much!
