Vince Crandall Appraisal

I just had my rental home in Davis appraised by Mr. Crandall and I was very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. While most appraisers I have dealt with are somewhat arrogant and stuffy, Vince was down to earth and more than willing to answer questions.

He was very respectful and I could tell that he would be fair and unbiased in his appraisal. He took measurements with ease and took copious notes. His camera was always clicking so everything he found both good and bad would be documented.

These days no one can request a particular appraiser for a home loan or re-fi - they are assigned out of a pool of many. I feel very fortunate that I received Mr. Crandall with my luck of the draw!

Very professional and has incredible knowledge about real estate values.
