(April 2, 2021, 11:26 am)I live most of the time in Orange County so a trip to Jimboys here in the Sacramento area was special and brought back good memories of lunching there when I worked up here. Enchiladas were really good but the salad was exceptional, so fresh and so crispy . . . SO good - perfect dressing too.
