Genesis Window Tinting

Update: The install team at Genesis did great work on my PPF and Tint job. Happy with the end results.

After experiencing bad defects on my paint protection film (PPF), Genesis Window Tinting exhibited poor communication post sale. I was only shown internal ongoing communications with Llumar weeks after initiating a warranty claim. While an immediate consensus is not expected, communication with the customer during a major warranty claim is crucial. This is a reasonable expectation given the cost of a PPF job.

Great service and high quality products. I brought my Subaru Legacy in for window tint. There was a slight problem with the tint the first time, but Josh at Genesis fixed the mistake immediately. Due to the first problem, I had another issue that was quiet costly. Josh and his team worked diligently to rectify the issue to no avail. Because they were not able to resolve the issue in their shop, they paid the full cost of the repair at a Subaru dealership. I believe that no other shop would have gone far and beyond the service required like Genisis. The issue was mostly due to a design flaw with Subaru. But because it surfaced after Genesis worked on my vehicle, Josh and his team took full agency and responsibility to fix it. Absolutely the best service I've encountered from any business in a very long time. They take the quality of their work seriously at Genesis.

One of if not the best vinyl wraps locations in Northern California. With two locations to service you, you can’t go wrong. Their work is second to none, no corners cut with great communication along the way. They also do window tint as well if your in the market for that option.

So this is the second vehicle that I have brought to Genesis in EG. I had my 2015 Tundra done right after I bought it and appreciated the quality in workmanship and the product itself. So here I am, back in EG although I live in Fair Oaks now to get my 2022 Civic done and so far so good. They got it done on time, car was clean after being worked on and only time will tell how the tint holds up over the years but I have full confidence that it will perform as advertised.

Three years ago took my new 2015 VW GTI. One of the first MK7 at the time. There system was already updated for my car. Was able to do tint and clear-bra same day. After two days had some bubbles in the clear-bra, took the car to them without calling. They got me in right away no problem fixed it and I was on my way 30mins. Top work. This is my third car I have had them work on and will not go anywhere else.
