Kind, professional and quick, Phyllis gave me the exact haircut I needed for a reasonable price. The google address is not updated as of last week, so make sure you go across the street right between Target and Michael's. I highly recommend Jade beauty spa.

(November 16, 2021, 12:07 pm)This spa has moved across the street near Target Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove, CA in a very new and modern facility and is now called P&L Day Spa. I went to see Nguyen several times now for my hair she's great I wish I can take her home lol. She does a great job each time. I also got mani-pedi and facial last time. Her staff are all great! I'm going back this Friday for a different treat! Love ❤ it here.
