The services is great? Get you in and out. It would be a nice touch for the office to reach out by calling to see how your feeling and to give any advice. But in all nice service.

Calling on a late Friday morning asking if their office could get me in on an Emergency root Canal procedure was met with such a welcoming, and empathetic response. The staff quickly requested my xray, had the dentist review it, and he agreed to bring me in. As you can imagine, I was in the WORST pain, emotional, and had been up for two nights so I was so scared and nervous. Especially since what I was going through was a direct reflection of bad decisions from my previous dentist of two years. This new dentist was so patient, cautious of my pain, explained every step, confident and reassuring. I seriously am challenged to put into words the amazing experience it was. Today, two days later that tooth is pain free, and I can bite down, drink cold/warm fluids all of which was impossible before seeing him. Thank you so much for your amazing work and compassion!! Oh, and taking the time to change your plans and bring me into the office on a Friday afternoon to help me!!

My 6 month cleaning was very smooth and professional. Dr. Vinay checked my teeth after the cleaning and everything was fine. I would highly recommend lacuna west dental care.

This practice has provided my dental care for years. Courteous efficient and comfortable care. I used to hate going to the dentist, but since switching to their practices my fear of needing dental work or care has been non-existent! Dr. You and Dr. Chan have now retired, but my latest visit demonstrated that the new team with continue with the same caring and comfort that I received from this practice.
