Jack E Hill Park

New for Fall 2022: the city is upgrading the children's playground. There will be two separate play arras-- one for really young kids, and one for older kids. A shaded adjacent.seating area for parents/guardians, and new landscape plantings. They are also installing an adult exercise station nearby. Concrete work is complete as of Thanksgiving weekend. Will update as things progress.
Nice neighborhood park with access to the Laguna Creek Trail. Lots of wildlife visible on the trail, particularly during the cooler weather: Snowy Egrets, Great Blue Herons, ducks (including the beautiful Wood Duck)-- even beavers.
Nice Fall color in the park and along the trail. Some fairly large Western Redbud along the trail towards Waterman Rd. Should be spectacular in the Spring.
There's a kiddie playground, a couple of largish playing fields, a couple of baseball diamonds and decent restrooms.

This creek is a great place for beginner in wildlife photography! Many animals throughout the year come to visit! Great walk with the family!

Really nice park with walking trail...people are there riding bikes, walking dogs, or taking pictures...lovely place for a walk or quiet time in the park

Love this park n trail. This is our go to place for a quick five mile bike ride from EGHS. Everyone is generally nice on the trail too.
