SK Fit Club

I started personal training with SK about 6 weeks ago and I can see and feel the results! I am so impressed with his professionalism and competency. He really knows his stuff. You are in the right hands with this trainer. Do not hesitate to join!!! He can work with people of any level. The gym is super clean and inviting. This place is a gem. Thankful for SK.

Update on 7/25/2022. I can now bench 210 lbs.
Original Review: I started training with SK right before the pandemic started. I was out of shape and easily out of breath with any slight movement. I can barely bench 75 lbs and I was approaching 200 lbs in body weight. The journey started and I never looked back. SK is an amazing trainer. He pushed me and held me accountable since the beginning and throughout. Now I can Bech 135 lbs 25 times in a row and I am in better shape than my teenage years. He is now my trainer and a friend.

I started training with SK in April 2022 and so far things are good. I can see results already as far as muscle. I’m able to lift heavier, I'm more confident and I’ve been getting compliments about my body. He’s a great trainer and I’m excited to see my results over time.

Literally the best trainer I’ve ever had. SK works with you & gets you to your goal. The gym is very clean, organized and has everything you need. Overall the best gym & trainer in the Elk Grove/Sacramento area.

i absolutely love having SK as a trainer! The energy he brings to the gym is unmatched! He is amazing at getting you through your workout, especially when you feel like you want to give up. Not only is he a great trainer and friend, but he is also very clean and tidy!
