Once in a long while we come across a professional who has a strong work ethic, is committed to the job, timely, and courteous. Bill is that type of professional. My slate floor restore, which he rarely does, took longer than expected and was immensely more difficulty, but he stuck with it unto completion. Very few people do this type of work, some folks walk away from the job or simply do not show up. I had little hope for a good result, but it looks gorgeous. Bill followed through. I have used Busy Bee for years for cleaning carpet as well as tile. I was amazed at the actual color of the grout in my tile when it was cleaned. I had the grout sealed and it still looks brand new.
