J & J Services: Heating, Cooling & Water Heaters

Our old A/C +Heating System lasted 15 years and we were ready for a new system. I contacted J & J Services and they were congenial and explanatory through the entire process--from the initial phone call to the recommendation of a new system, installation details and the end of the installation and payment. I received a 10 year parts and labor warranty with the A/C + Heating System and the roofing work also came with a written 5 year warranty.

Extremely satisfied with my experience! Resolved my issue just as we discussed with no pressure to upgrade. They offered me information on what was available (as any company would) and respectfully acknowledged when I declined.

I want to compliment Kim for her patience and ability to answer my questions concisely. I also want to compliment the Technician Edward Strauther on his professionalism and excellent customer service throughout his visit. I can say that he gave me a tremendously positive impression of the company. Edward's knowledge, skill and ability to address and resolve my concerns gives me confidence that any future services offered by J&J will be handled with efficiency and competence. Edward was just here to do annual A/C service. He was professional,knowledgeable. Did a great job. Highly recommend J&J heating &Air.

Amazing service. Fast friendly and great pricing! I’ve used them 2 times now and one was an emergency. They came out in 109 temp and fixed my problem quickly! Dennis was our technician. Impressed for sure. They will be my HVAC company from now on.

Kimberly the reception lady was very nice and super friendly and professional. Technician came in on the next day to repair the Ac unit. he was very knowledgeable and new his ACs real well. he diagnosed/ identified the problem with in five minutes. Upon my approval, Mr. Allen fixed my AC Unit and got it running. Thank you all. Stay cool Mr. Allen,, its 108 degrees out there today.
