I want to thank Nathan very much he really out did himself as a person. And a boss he really stepped up and took charge to make me an extremely happy customer. I'm forever grateful, if I had a trophy or plaque to hang on his wall I would. He went above and beyond in making me happy in every aspect of the few minor problems I had with my car I purchased from them thank you. My husband and I were in search of a truck. We had been to one or two lots but had not find anything reasonable within our budget and price range. Additionally, our credit is less than perfect so we were worried about getting a good deal. The staff at Black diamond Auto sales was amazing from the beginning. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. My husband and I were looking for a Prius for me after my vehicle got totaled out. We found this dealer online and decided to take a look. When we got there we let them know what we wanted and had a certain budget. They showed us what we were looking for. Great customer service! No pressure or haggle on buying a vehicle. Best Used Car Dealership in NorCal HANDS DOWN. I’ve been to quite a few and none of them made me feel as good as this place did. The salesman Slavik did an amazing job helping me into my BRAND NEW used 05 civic hybrid! I’ve been searching for this model for quite some weeks until I seen their post the other day and it was at a reasonable price so I actually Ubered from East Bay Area all the way to Sacramento to check it out! They had a bunch of other gas savers there aswell so I knew I’d leave with something. Me and Slavik hit it right off the bat and made me feel more like a friend than a customer and I appreciate that considering I’m a salesman myself. After explaining the cars history and showing me the different features on our test drive. I was never pressured by him nor the Sales Manager Nathan who was also very nice and professional. We quickly negotiated a deal shook hands and both parties were happy. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half if that. I am now in a bigger car than what I had before saving way more gas than I ever did. (39-49mpg) Plus, it comes with WARRANTY! I recommend 10/10 if your looking for a used vehicle come and check this spot out first I guarantee they will find you a car for the right price (huge lot) THANKS AGAIN SLAVIK & NATHAN !
