A good friend of mine once told me that a true test of good company is when they have made a mistake and will quickly corrected it. I've been buying pars from EAP for years, and on Monday I purchased an engine for an unbeatable price, engine was delivered and there were visible damages on the engine. after getting off the phone with them, they immediately sent a driver within two hours to pick up the engine and had a replacement right then and there, no question about it. Being human is knowing that mistakes are made, and I appreciate that they took responsibility and did the right thing. thanks Karl, Ill continue to be a customer and will recommend you are one of the truest European Parts stores still out there

Shout out to Karl, super friendly and very helpful. Went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He went the extra mile to call the shipping company for me when a delay for my package occurred from the shipping company’s side. Will definitely be a returning customer, as it’s very hard to find companies with such outstanding customer service. Again, thank you so much Karl and there delivery guys for clearing things up.
