Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rancho Cordova

The woman who checked us in was so welcoming. From check-in alone, I felt like I chose the right hotel. We had the king suite, and it wad so comfortable. The bed was great, the room design was spacious, and the toiletries were top notch. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in need of a room in Sac.

Excellent customer service! Very attentive, friendly and they followed CDC guidelines. I am very grateful for them. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had two queen beds, a microwave and mini fridge, which was important for us to have. Thank you Fairfield Inn!

The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. I felt safe throughout my stay. It is conveniently located in Rancho Cordova and close to transit, shopping, food, etc. Above all I felt the staff was superb: friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Rates are great. Location is good. Customer service is fantastic. Left for the day and let the front desk know about an issue with a slow drain. Issue was fixed while I was gone. Came back to personal note from John w/ maintenance apologizing about the issue and that it was fixed. Nothing like a hand written note these days. Great job.

Came here during the pandemic and it was so refreshing how nice and kind everyone was at this hotel. Dee especially goes above and beyond with the kindness and welcoming personality. I wish more people had her customer service skills. She helped explained my final invoice and always greeted me by name as I walked in each day that I was staying there which is pretty neat while even wearing a face mask. LOVED the shampoo and conditioner in the large pump bottles. Housekeeping was awesome and very good.
