This place has all the things I'm looking for: a good teamwork environment, a fun place to be while working out your butt and great team to help you achieve your goals!

So I joined last month and did the six week challenge. Everyone at the gym is extremely friendly, and all the coaches will say "hi" the moment you step through the door. Very welcoming. Workouts are varied, so I have never been bored. You typically work up to around 30 minutes of exercise with short breaks built in. The time actually goes by very quick! I was able to compete the 6 weeks and met my goal. Coaches helped me stay motivated. Their protein shake powder is the best I tried, no joke. There is no chalky or powdery taste. The chocolate peanutbutter tastes way better than chocolate milk. All the members I have been are also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great place to work out, have fun and meet your fitness goals! I like being able to go in and not think, just having the trainers tell you what to do. The workouts are fun and challenging and everyone is so friendly and enthusiastic!

Five freakin stars, PLUS FIVE, and I’m not just saying this because I’m jacked up on endorphins. This gym and, especially, the community surrounding this gym has been everything I hoped for and needed in my fitness journey. I really appreciate that each coach cares to learn your name and ask how you’re progressing towards your goals. What is also awesome is that each workout is different and challenging in new ways. There are always modifications available and no unhealthy pressure to do more than you should. Instead, the focus is placed on a healthy challenge, giving your absolute best for the entire time. I’m stoked because this is the first time I’ve seen true results and been inspired to make healthier lifestyle choices. Also, love the jams. Anyway, just show up. Try it. Do it.

This place is the place to be to have fun, work out, get and stay motivated, and get results. I really enjoy the enthusiasm and assistance from each and every coach. It's a great addition to my day. The journey has been enlightening. Highly recommend!
