I went in and was assisted by Ms/Mrs Deb and she was amazing. She engaged in thoughtful conversation as she set up my phone, knew all the details of the phone I was buying and asked if I wanted a specific case to show off the color and provided the charger as they don’t come in box anymore. Overall this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone and we talked about restaurant work as I did so.

Super polite and took no time to help me. Always a good trip when it comes to this store, the 3 ladies that helped me today deserve some recognition, wish every store worked as efficiently.

I was going to leave T-mobile after two months of being new customer because I went on a trip came back to a $2000.00 phone bill and talked with several T-Mobile experts is what they call themselves that assured me they could waive some of the charges after a month of going back and forth my bill kept accruing late charges of $75 + never getting the help promised now after coming to terms that I have to pay this amount I was going to leave T-Mobile until today I went in the Chester store and paid $500 on my bill and Ms.Gabby told manager Will about my previous issues he patiently advocated for me and got me a very helpful resolution that I’m happy with and because of them two I will continue my service with T-Mobile thank you so very much Will for getting me a helpful response and whoever the representative you spoke with send her my love! Y’all are awesome Will and Gabby game changers!

Gabby helped my husband and I upgrade his phone. She made the experience so pleasant very knowledgeable of all the promotions and products they had to offer. She was able to multitask and help more than one customer at a time when it got a little busy and still offer great customer service tailored to our individual needs. Overall every one was very welcoming and eager to help! Nice store!
