AMAZING EXPERIENCE from my first appointment all the way to my last!
Dr. Payne not only gave me the service I paid for, he and his staff went above and beyond each appointment.. I felt cared for as if it was their own teeth that was being worked on, He even always took the time to really look at every imperfection along the way no matter how small to perfect the progress of my Invisalign.
I am VERY SATISFIED with my experience and I even feel like a new person who can finally smile and laugh with no hesitation.

Dr. Payne and his ENTIRE staff are amazing! From the start when I checked in at the front desk with Shannon, to when I talked about what plan I was going to do for my teeth with Cheryl and then finally meeting the man himself! He makes you feel so comfortable, and LISTENS to what your needs and concerns are. I went with Invisalign and I can’t tell you how many times I lost my retainers but Dr. Payne was always so nice about it 😅 Eventually to get the results I wanted (Invisalign is awesome but I wasn’t wearing them like I should and it was taking forever to get where I needed to be) we went with braces and I was freaked out at first but for my teeth he said 3-6 months. Well he was spot on! I got them off today 3 months later and I am SO happy. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for a better smile 😊

I just got my braces off and am so excited and pleased with the results. My teeth look beautiful and healthy. The process of removal was quick and painless.

18 months of having adult braces and going to Dr. Payne's office, I can confidently and happily say how satisfied I am with my orthodontic experience. I get checkups every 6 weeks, and with each visit, I am greeted with smiles and a caring touch. Having braces is not easy, but Dr. Payne and his team makes it a great and painless experience.
