  I called today and received an afternoon appointment. I received a text message informing me that the repairman was on his way. He promptly identified the issues with both appliances and performed the necessary repairs. His work was meticulous, and he was a personable individual. I have utilized their services in the past and have always been satisfied.

  The fan that cools off the control panel for our oven went out so we called this local company. I believe the call fee was $125 which seemed a little steep to me so I didn’t get another quote to see if we got a fair quote as you pay the fee if you don’t use their service. But I haven’t needed to call many repair people so I’m not sure if this is a reasonable price or not. In all it cost nearly $400 to replace the fan. The part itself was $100 or so and the one repair guy had to pull out the fridge to get to the oven to pull it out. It didn’t take long to replace. When I first made the call, I’m pretty sure they just said “hello” and not like “thanks for calling blah” so I was t sure if I’d dialed the number correctly. But everything went smooth and the oven repaired quickly enough it didn’t affect us. Overall good experience. I just can’t give 5 stars because I don’t have another company to compare them to.

  What an amazing experience! This was the first time we had used them to repair the ice maker in the freezer drawer. The technicians arrived on time and completed the repair efficiently and effectively; our ice maker and freezer drawer are once again operating properly. I will definitely contact them and their appliance repair experts if the need arises.

  Wow, they provide excellent service. Super responsive. They came right away to fix my Kenmore refrigerator, which was leaking ice from the bottom of the freezer onto the floor. Diagnosed it as a known defect and replaced parts as needed. Honest, high-quality work at a reasonable price! Thanks!

  When my washer broke, I found Sacramento Appliance Repairs online and I'm so glad I did! They were able to come out and fix it within a few hours and were very affordable. They were also extremely pleasant and professional. I will most certainly use them again in the future!
