  Had a great experience here. My salesperson was Luke and he was great, came in for a specific truck and Luke showed me similar models they had in inventory and I ended up buying a different one than the one I thought I wanted, and I couldn't be happier. I got what I think is a fair deal, and then worked with Blake to do all the paperwork who was also great to work with. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future.

  Barbara and Kathy are the absolute best. They are amazing women at what they do and in so many more ways. They helped me buy a new to me car and I could not me more in love with the leave of customer care and support through the entire car buying process. I have had several experiences at dealerships and this was by far the best experience. Thank you so much Barbara and Kathy and I will keep y’all in my prayers!

  My wife and I went in to look at a used Toyota Sequoia and after our test drive we met Kevin. Kevin asked us what we were looking for and we let him know that we actually wanted a gently used Expedition but had trouble locating one in our price range. Kevin told us that he would search for one at not only their local dealerships but also ones in the surrounding cities. Kevin texted us a vehicle a few hours later and worked with us to discuss pricing, trade in and warranty. We went in the next day to test drive it and Kevin drove well over an hour to pick up the vehicle and bring it to the dealership. After test driving the vehicle my wife and I met Dustin to discuss the details of payment. We mentioned briefly that we were interested in additional cargo mats and window tinting. Dustin showed us these options and then after letting him know that they were a little out of our price range, he got them for us heavily discounted. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and the whole experience. Kevin and Dustin were great and transparent every step of the way. To top it off Kevin gave us a full tank of gas! I highly recommend this dealership and will buy from them again in the future.

  I am not from the Sacramento area. While in town, my water pump broke and my car started overheating. I called many auto repair shops who all denied my 2015 Explorer. I called Future Ford and spoke to Kevin. He was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I don’t know anything about cars and he gave me the different options I can go about it. Kevin was very informative and kept me posted until my car was done. Of course my car broke down during a busy holiday weekend so it did take a bit longer to fix, but Kevin let me know ahead of time so I was able to plan for it. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything and everyone. I went to pick up my car and Nick helped me. He was also very friendly and helpful with financing options! I would recommend this place to everyone! They are professional and knowledgeable in what they do.

  My wife and I have bought a lot of cars over the years and spent plenty of time in the tank with sales people. I have to say, our experience with Future Ford was one of the best. Ben was engaging and friendly and super easy to work with. He gave us great answers to help us make our decision. No BS! Sales manager Jeff worked hard for us and didn’t give up on our deal, and in the end helped us make a purchase we feel good about. Well done Future Ford. You set the bar high this time!
