Harbor Oaks Apartments

I have been a tenant of Harbor Oaks for a year. In the past, I had an issue arise with the toilet plumbing. Tim, one of the Maintenance Techs, came over to assess the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous during my interaction with him. He was even helpful in finding a solution to another problem I had. I appreciated his help and have always appreciated the quick response time the Harbor Oaks management have shown to any issues that have arisen during my occupancy here.

I give employee Tim White 5 stars for exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Tim was assigned to make requested repairs on my unit and Tim went above and beyond to make sure repairs were made to my specifications and needs. Upon completion, Tim kindly disposed of the trash sitting outside my door! A very special gentlemen. Harbor Oaks wouldn’t be the same without Tim!! Thank you Harbor Oaks for Tim

I have lived at Harbor Oaks for over 3 years and have loved it! This home is where I have started my family and it will always have a piece of my heart! My son and dog love going on walks around the community to see all the ducks & geese in the lake! We have also recently taken the paddle boats out on the lake & if you have not already, I highly recommend it!! It was so fun.

I loved my apartment at Harbor Oaks and was so happy to call it home! Location is amazing, so quite and beautiful. Apartment was spacious, well maintained and my neighbors were amazing! Maintenance team was always ready to step in for whatever it needed - thank you! Kids loved pool and enjoyed it so much. I wish there was better system for paying rent, to avoid unnecessary stress with cheques but other than that and few minor things, I would choose them again for my home! 🙏

Harbor Oaks is the most delightful place to live management is very very easy going especially Mary Vic the amenities are awesome I especially love the paddle boat and the pool the apartments are very big and spacious in very good taste I might add having a gym is really good too and they're very pet friendly. I myself have two cats that love it here along with my girls they love this place too and having a gated community makes me feel safe
