Update: You can now schedule a time to pick up your items. They also have some morning and afternoon pickup windows as well as Saturday. I think they have really addressed any issues customers may have had when it comes to picking up items.
I also want to say that they really have the most diverse stuff to bid on. And a lot of it is brand new!!! I appreciate that they usually test items so u know if it's worth bidding on. I bought an inverter from another local online auction and it said untested.......well that meant it was broken apparently and I was out $75. Prime Auctions has never let me down when it comes to the quality of items to be bid on!!!!!

I have enjoyed all the awesome things I have bought from this place. The website is very user friendly. I have had a couple issues with them giving me the wrong Item but my money was returned. My only major issue is how strict they are on closing time. If you don't arrive before 6:30pm you will not be helped....no excuses. Wish they made that a little more flexible like tell people u close at 6 and work with the people that got stuck in traffic. Just Saying!!!

This place has gotten better at their services. They are trying and improving and I can see it. Lines are shorter and faster.

They're phone and email customer service is great and very attentive, responsive and professional.

With that said, there are still some improvements that I would like to see and hope it's already in progress.

1. Better Parking lot flow
2. Coffee/snacks
3. More spacious seating areas
4. Automated ticketing & Onsite payment system

I love prime auctions but y’all getting expensive! You guys should allow people to view items but not bid on them till the day of. People rack the prices up before the day has even started which makes it entirely too close to the retail price. This is making it hard for resellers to make profit or people to get good deals. Best auction in sac but could be better.

The best of this auction is the support team! They are really responsive if you need any help, you can get really good deals! I recommend you read with all your attention the description of any item you are interested in, and also suggest the team to always mention any missing items, special main parts, as they always do, but better enforce it! Saturday's I see that is more crowded, so, if you can go during the week is better, if not, try to go earlier. I wish to this business prosperity and growth, thank you so much
