Twin Rivers At Natomas Assisted Living

My mother is now a resident at Twin Rivers at Natomas Assisted Living and everything regarding her admission and stay has been absolutely wonderful. I do not live near my mother and must handle her affairs remotely and therefore must rely on the staff at Twin Rivers at Natomas to see to most of my mother’s needs. The administrator and staff are absolutely wonderful, when I contact them they are always very helpful, kind and courteous and they always let me know if my mother is in need of anything. They take excellent care of my mother, I am so appreciative for all that they do for my mother to ensure that her medical requirements and personal needs/wants are met. My mother has been a resident of Twin Rivers at Natomas Assisted Living for 5 years, the last 3 years under the current ownership. I really appreciate what they do for my mom. She is in great hands. They take care of her day to day needs freeing me up to spend quality time with her, take her to medical appointments and to her religious services. Management and staff are attentive, they show a caring demeanor with mom and are always open to changes and improvements in the way my mom needs care.

Placing mom in a facility was one of the toughest decisions we had to make. She was not really happy about the prospect of living with people she didn't know. But living at home wasn't working well for her health. It took some time for her to feel comfortable but now it's home and the quality of her life has improved immensely with the 24/7 care she receives. Five years later I can say with certainty it was the best thing for her.

Our mother says her favorite things about living at Twin Rivers are that the food is good, she has the best roommate, the atmosphere is happy, clean, the staff are very nice and caring, and she loves playing BINGO.

The owner has been very responsive to all of our concerns and requests over the years, and shows genuine care of our mother. We recommend Twin Rivers Natomas to others that are looking for quality care at an affordable price in central Sacramento.
