Day 1 Athletic Club

I’ve been going to Day 1 for well over a year and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I used to do 24 hour and Planet Fitness, and those were great but I didn’t really know what I was doing and it was hard to be motivated to push. Coach Cait has been such an inspiration and huge help in my fitness journey. She’s knowledgeable, supportive and so much fun. The community at this gym is something I didn’t know I needed and now can’t live without. We all have so much fun together and I have some really great friends come out of it. And there’s no “macho bro” feeling there. Just people of all fitness levels who want to be healthy and have fun working out. If you’re looking for a new gym, at least come check us out. You might find a new home like I did.

Caitlin is INCREDIBLE. I have a very tumultuous relationship with the gym, but she’s given me a new lease on it. She makes it easy to integrate, learn, and get pumped about your workouts. She’s knowledgeable, kind, energetic, and creates a beautiful welcoming environment where anyone can thrive. I could not recommend her and Day 1 any higher. :)

Caitlin is an incredible coach! The workouts here are varied and exciting, the atmosphere is energetic, and the group is supportive. Absolutely recommend Day 1 for anyone looking to get in the best shape of their lives.

Day 1 has been a life changer for me! Coach Cait is the best and she really cares about the members. Her programming has really allowed me to see fast changes in my fitness and I have met some really great people at the gym. She definitely promotes functional fitness and makes it easy to incorporate it into your everyday life.

Joining Day 1 seriously changed things for me. I'm totally focused on my health and fitness. Caitlin has been 100% supportive and encouraging and the classes are great. Working out with the team has been an inspiring experience, and it's FREE to test run a single session! Totally worth the try. 10/10 recommend.
