I contacted them because my dryer broke & I got a quick response back. Went to the shop and picked a nice dryer well kept in great condition & explained warranty information well. Very friendly, installation couldn’t have been any better, the installer went above and beyond! I have never gotten service this well. They even followed up how the dryer has been. Amazing service, friendly & more!

My front-loading washing machine stopped working last night with water still in the tub. I contacted Mtz Appliance this morning and they were able to deliver a very nice, reasonable top-loading washer by noon. The delivery man was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to be sure the washer was installed levelly in my very unlevel garage. This was my first experience with Mtz, but it will not be my last. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs appliances. Thank you so much!
