Double Tree Post-Acute Care Center

We saw our mother/MIL after almost a year and it was such a relief to see she was taken well care of especially by the vibrant caretaker Reshmi.
I can’t say that our experiences have always been great with Double Tree but I can surely see the improvements.
I wish they could return calls more promptly too. We leave our loved ones there because we don’t have a choice, not because we want to and we would like to believe that the staff are well trained, well paid and are compassionate towards our loved ones.
My husband has been disappointed with the attitude of some receptionists there but all said and done our complaints are heard and we do get a call to say that our grievances will be looked into.
Thank you Reshmi and the other staff members for making a difference to our family.

Once again wanna say thank u 🙏 to Double Tree Post Acute manager Eric n he’s outstanding staff. thank you 🙏 n special thanx to Reshmi Prasad 🙏🙏🙏 Environment was very clean the facility by itself was awesome it looks like well manage and parking was awesome I didn’t have no problem with the parking so my mom end up in the facility and they just treated her like a queen like a family like they treated everybody their, And also help me celebrating my moms birthday with my big family living in guide rules of pandemic they organize something that we celebrate her birthday with the mom it was awesome and putting some pictures on people can see it I highly recommend you all hope nobody gets end up there but this place is the best place

My friend’s dad was a patient at Double Tree Post Acute and when we visited her dad I was very impressed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very family oriented. I saw how they treated there patients and they treat them like there own family. I also liked that the staff were very diverse. My friend and her family told me that they really took care of her dad and the service that they provided was very good. I would definitely recommend this facility.
