Novan Dental

I was recommended by my sister to Novan Dental and have been going to Novan for over 1 year (not including 2020 due to Covid). They sent me a handwritten welcome card after my first appointment. That is very nice. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable.
My hygienist, Luis (sorry if I spell his name wrong) is very gentle and caring. My front teeth are very sensitive on both top and bottom and they hurt every time when I have my teeth cleaned so I asked for some local anesthetic to put on my gum before he started. And he make sure I’m ok during my cleaning. That’s very caring and considering. Other dentists are very knowledgeable and nice.

I love this place. Staff are very friendly and professional. I've been coming here for years now, and will continue. I highly recommend Novan Dental. This is probably the best in the greater Sacramento area.. Yes 5. Stars

-Clean and modern instruments and office
They offered me a blanket even before I said I was cold, they lube your lips repeatedly with vaseline to prevent cracking when opening your mouth, fast and efficient procedures, I had my first fillings done there and they agreed to do them without anesthesia when I requested it. They work with you and they care about you.
I even got a first visit little gift! 100% recommended!

Had a great experience this morning. Would just like to say Luis was very professional and did a great job Teeth cleaning and X-rays . Dr. Novan was super nice and all staff members as well. Keep up the good work!

Updated review: Dr. Nguyen is great no complaints. Every visit I’ve had with Cynthia has been amazing! She’s nice and personable. Diana in the front office is courteous and prompt she took care of my transaction and sent my images immediately. Marissa the Office Manager immediately addressed my concerns and resolved my issue. As of today, no complaints.
