I called the office today for a consultation. I was very impressed by Mr. Weir. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have a complicated probate matter and he was able to help me better understand and gave a recommendation. I will be going back for sure for other estate planning needs. I cold called Tim's office, looking for some help with a pretty complicated case. Mind you, I live in another state, and my case didn't have my monetary value. Tim quickly returned my phone call, and proceeded to spend 75 min on the phone with me going through the case point by point, researching, etc. all, without charge. He was so thorough, and was kind about the entire situation - it was such a pleasure speaking with him. I would highly recommend him to everyone. (He was so great, I sent him a Starbucks gift card to thank him for his time!)
I want to thank Tim Weir so much for the time he spent deciphering and explaining my parent's trust documents. He worked with me for two days, reviewing my documents and talking to me about my case. He was very nice, very courteous, very knowledgeable and obviously cared very much about my feelings about my family. He offered me legal advice and suggestions that I otherwise would have never thought about. I found the right lawyer for me.
