These guys actually love figuring out puzzles. And they're really good at it! Very analytical, and great attention to detail. They just have a knack for figuring out car problems. O'Keefe tried to screw me out of $1500 for a parts deposit for 2 catalytic converters that Dameon INSISTED were completely shot, despite me telling him symptoms that clearly proved his "diagnosis" incorrect. Dameons childishly bloated and bruised ego blinds him to simple facts and easy troubleshooting techniques. Took it to Hawkins, they simply scoped my cats and found them to be completely fine. Then they went to the next step and found and fixed the problem... Hawkins cares about cars and customer service. Highly recommend! 👍
