Pieology Pizzeria Apple Valley, CA

Love Pieology! Usually great service. Utilitarian decor but for a good custom pizza it's a great place. Will definitely keep going back as long as it stays good!

Everything usually always goes good. Service was good. Food was good as well.

We have been to this location a few times. It is good pizza. The only struggle offs that they have been poorly staffed every time we go. They seem to prioritize online or outside orders rather than customers in line. Both times we waited in line for about 15-20 minutes watching them make pizzas that were from "tickets." It's inefficient and frustrated the customers behind us. I've worked in food service, so I understood. The workers do their best but the system is flawed. The bathrooms are clean. The only other downfall is the stupid Coca Cola Freestyle machine. It's a bottleneck and runs out of syrup fast leaving customers searching through multiple screens to find something they don't really want because their choice is out of syrup. In all, it's a good location with a few flaws.

Delicious..Only thing is the employee. She was being very very cheap. She barely wanted to put anything on my pizza. Even the man after me asked for "a little bit more please" .. But luckily there was another girl who seen I was getting irritated and asked if I wanted more toppings

Excellent service and great food. My first time and it was way more than I expected. Pizza was bigger than I thought and prices are pretty good especially if you have a coupon. Definitely will be going back.
