  Mr.Casey thank you enormously for building skills and construction knowledge in my stubborn mind. Deep creek construction school taught me how to operate a dozer, a skid steer, an excavator, a trencher a M Cat grader construction math and many others.
  
  I thought about you at the beginning that you are mean and picky! My perception of you had changed when I saw why you do that way.
  
  Just one word DISCIPLINE.
  After the commencement or a graduation I was fully prepared to take a job.
  I considered nationwide opportunity.Because the opportunity is where you find it. It won't find you.
  Remember intention has no destination only ACTION has.
  
  I had a lot of hesitation on my mind to spend above for 7K for heavy equipment operator training in CA. Now I ask myself is it spending or investment I make. When you spend you got nothing in return.Wheny you invest you expect return on your investment.
