Doing my due diligence in getting a granny house built on my property. Phoned local office, explained what I was looking for then was transferred to their Engr Dept and spoke with Greg. He looked up my address, said I'll require a long side service, and answered all remaining questions which included the price of the service. He was detailed in time lines and the process required to get the water service installed. Was pleased with the minimal wait time and the expert help rec'd.
I don't know what people say about this company but farmost the most affordable service in high desert. They don't charge mercilessly for a new water meter as other water companies up here do. I have always had good experience.Prompt service/installation. Once my bill was very high , called the customer service and got a call back from supervisor Mike who fixed the problem right away.
