He showed up on time to inspect our roof, gave us a quote and we booked him on the spot. He followed up with us to let us know when he would be there, called to let us know he was on site, called after to let us know they were done. His service provided us with photos of the job with different angles and invoice. I'm an independent contractor as well and I so appreciate the follow up from Eddie Hobbs roofing, very professional and courteous and the way a business should be run.
