Super fast and quick (they have it all ) in and out 10min all other stores didn’t have the tires I was looking for (low stock ) but here at Gonzales garage they had me cover , Thank you.

I was visiting Big Bear this past weekend and saw the low tire pressure warning come on in my vehicle Saturday morning. I checked the tires and saw a nail stuck in one of the treads. Since it was Saturday morning and only a handful of auto shops were open, which got me concerned. I called around a bit and was striking out until I called Gonzalez and they said "Sure, c'mon down and we'll get you taken care of fast." I drove over and I think the owner came out and helped me. He took off my tire, pulled the nail out, and confirmed it wasn't leaking. After checking the air in my other tires, he told me that the pressure was too low in them, from coming up into the mountains. He filled them up to 40 PSI and then he sent me on my way... no charge, just requested a tip instead! I unfortunately had no cash on me... so I'm leaving this review here and on Google. Definitely go to these guys if you need honest work done on your vehicle. Thanks again Gonzalez Garage for the great and fast service!

These guys are a life saver! Was in Big Bear for the weekend at an off roading event. We drove our Jeep up to Big Bear, no issues at all. Unexpectedly, our starter went out on us. We called every shop in town and no one would help us until Monday (it was a Thursday when this happened), and we thought we’d be stuck in Big Bear. Let alone missing our event. We found the last starter in town that would work for the jeep and tried fixing it ourselves in the middle of the night. Couldn’t budge the bolts! The next morning, we spoke to Gonzalez Garage and explained our situation. Not only were they gracious enough to help us, they moved what they were doing so they can get in us first thing so we can try to make the first day of our event (we did). They didn’t over charge us at all and were so kind to us. They had the jeep back up and running in a little over an hour. They saved our weekend! Honestly, can’t thank them enough. Family run business and they value their customers. I’m lucky to have found them to help us out. Thank you again Gonzales Garage!!

Got a hole in my tire. Went to the shop on a Saturday morning and Daniel was very friendly and helpful. They were able to patch my tire and had me out within about 40 minutes. Great local family owned business. 👍 The only local shop that I could find open on Saturday.

Great outstanding customer service. We took a short family trip to Big Bear and on our check out, the check the tire light came on. I drove to the gas station to fill up the tires but one of the tires began to loose air really fast. So I decided to search for a tire repair service in the area. I found them via Google and decided to give them a shot.

They were super busy for a Saturday and the staff did advise me that they were short staffed because someone had called in sick. They were able to find a metal shard that had punctured the tire and repaired the tire without having to buy a new one. They were honest, friendly and patient. I guess there must have been lots of debris on the road since it was snowing that week because there were at least five other cars with similar issues. Please note this is the only car repair shop that is open on Saturdays in the area. Hence their back log.

The price was reasonable for the area and given the day of the week. I would definitely use their services again. Really honest and humble staff. We made it back home safe and sound.
