(June 12, 2023, 10:49 pm)Such a great location, right on the water. The front end staff were superb, especially Vince. The room we had was clean and the price couldn’t be beat. I recommend this place and will be coming back. Not to mention it’s close to downtown too!

(May 22, 2023, 10:54 pm)Everyone is genuinely warm and welcoming here, exceptional customer service, fantastic people! Well appointed, clean and very comfortable suites, with full kitchens, living rooms with fireplaces, dining area, excellent beds and bedding, and flat screen televisions with all the channels. They have an amazing hot tub on the lakefront, and an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as one of the best recreation rooms with pool tables, ping pong, and plentiful activities. Wonderful lake views included. Excellent location, close to Big Bear Village and more. Just what anyone needs to relax, or go skiing, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, etcetera.

(February 14, 2023, 11:51 am)Close to The Village. Check in staff super friendly,I give them a 10. Let us know of things to do around Big Bear. Our room had a view of the lake and a balcony. Clean room, comfortable bed, fireplace in our 1 bedroom unit. Plenty of parking.ADA accessable room. Full kitchen with all utensils needed. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. We will definitely come back!

(January 3, 2023, 4:36 pm)We booked a 2 bed condo, which came with an amazing lake view. Kids enjoyed the residence and amenities. The pool didn't have a shower room, which was disappointing as we had to go back to the room to take a shower.
We kept slipping outside as the ice wasn't cleared properly. Some cars were having issues with that, too.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. Hopefully, they add a shower in the changing rooms and keep the site ice-free. -

Amazing views and wonderful service, pool area is WONDERFUL very clean water definitely sanitized with lots of chlorine, so do nit wear any under clothes or they will be ruined. Make sure you only wear swim appropriate attire. However, definitely a beautiful place to spend a nice weekend with the family 😊
