Integrity Automotive

I was housesitting for friends in Chino Hills when the engine oil pressure light on my Chrysler Sebring came on. Being unfamiliar with the Chino Hills/Chino area, I went on Yelp to gather information on reliable repair shops nearby. Integrity Automotive was one of two shops that consistently received excellent reviews. I promptly made an appointment, and had my car towed to the shop.

Diagnostic work began the next morning, as scheduled, and shortly afterward I received a call from Tony detailing the repair that needed to be done, and the timeframe in which the repair would be completed. All went exactly as planned, and my car was ready for pickup that afternoon. And then, the icing on the cake: Integrity sent a ride share driver (free of charge!) to pick me up and bring me back to the shop to pick up my car. Which was invaluable for me, as my only other option would have been to pay for a taxi to make the rather lengthy drive.

In addition to this amazing service, I have to note that the owner, Tony, was very helpful in advising me on a couple of other issues I'd been keeping an eye on with my car. (An almost 22-year-old car always has one issue or another waiting in the wings!) Not only is Tony very kind and helpful, but his front-office staff are extremely proficient and professional, as well. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Integrity Automotive. If they weren't over 30 miles away from where I live, this would become a go-to repair shop. As it is, I left one of the shop's business cards with the couple for whom I was housesitting, along with a strong recommendation...

Best place hands down. Super clean, free wifi and professional. They explain everything to you in detail. I went in because my AC wasn't blowing out cold air and they fixed it. Also had low tire pressure and they added air to my tire without me asking. I would definitely recommend Integrity Automotive to anyone.

Honda specialist. Honest and reliable. Found my new Honda mechanic. Thumbs up to Tony. Update: very reliable Auto Mechanic and friendly. We have all our Honda cars and SUV maintenance done here. Thanks again to Tony.
