In the day and age of Amazon and not using brick and mortar stores, this Best Buy and Geek Squad are the exception. The entire store has been quite helpful. I've had one bad experience and management took care of it quickly.
Dropped my camera in the ocean and was able to retrieve it, the geek squad told me the insurance wouldn't fix it because sumbermised isnt under coverage so they gave me some advice and I followed it and then it ended up giving me a replacement on a 1200 dollar camera they saved me.
Never had any issues with Geek Squad returns. Always attentive to my needs.
