  Not only is Jeanette at 85/15 Lifestyle an amazing coach who really knows her stuff, she is an amazing person. This is important because when dealing with health/personal issues you want a truely good, kind person helping you. She is highly knowledgeable and the best at what she does.

  I was referred to Jeanette by a family member who had a positive experience. I was in the midst of a vast career change and felt that having someone by my side during this transition would be helpful. With my initial consultation with Jeanette I knew I had to open up as much as possible and answer the private and difficult questions to make this a success. The moment the conversation began I felt very comfortable and she appeared very genuine and heartfelt. By that one consultation, I realized my purpose in beginning this journey with her was so much greater than career realignment. I was taking the time for myself to acknowledge and uncover these feelings I had by working with a professional to overcome them; emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Since my journey with Jeanette I feel empowered, educated, and realize how important it is to have “you” time as a mother and a wife. She taught me to recognize my achievement s and not let others opinions sway my decisions. She made minor tweaks to my diet and exercise which has made me lose weight and I feel healthier without a lot of work. Finally, she helped guide me to carry balance throughout my life, work, and God. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her. These sessions were life lessons I will hold with me forever and would recommend her to any young woman. You will be surprised what you will learn about yourself. Thank you so much Jeanette for extending this experience! You are an amazing woman.

  As the founder of a fitness and wellness community and Owner of a wellness marketing business, Jeanette has really helped me clearly see my vision and act on it.
