I found Coronado Equipment sales through searching on google for a used electric walk behind stacker for my warehouse in Garden Grove. The owner David helped me pick one out from a selection he had and I ended up taking his recommendation on a newer model he had recently started carrying. So far it has been really great. The process was very easy and I trusted David’s word. Fast forward another 3-4 months I needed to purchase a full sized electric forklift for my new Nevada warehouse. My first call was David because his product selection and customer service was great. I went with a much older model to save some money and David arranged for it to be shipped and the charger installed from CA to NV. I was able to coordinate everything without even being there. The part that really impressed with David and Coronado was when the lift started having some issues within the first 2 weeks of having it at my brand new warehouse (I ship/receive 2-4 pallets per day), David completely took care of me. He swapped it out with a better model for me at no charge just to make things right with me and my business. He sent his guy again all the way from CA to NV and had it swapped out within a week. I highly recommend buying from David if you want to know you’re buying solid used equipment and will be able to rely on him and his forklift technicians when you need help. Customer service 10/10. Product offering 10/10. Trustworthiness 10/10! Thanks again Coronado!
Coronado equipment is a great business. The owner david is customer friendly and they put out a quality product. They really sell only equipment that they have thoughly gone though. Honest people here.
Our company recently purchased a Crown reach forklift from CES. Unfortunately the lift was a dud. After several visits from their lead mechanic he suggested that a swap was the best solution. The owner agreed to swap our lift with an upgraded version. They exceeded my expectations and am happy with the our new Crown reach forklift.
