North Shore Landing

The people who work here are so nice and helpful, and our jet ski experience was awesome. I recommend you go early because the lake gets busy. Super fun. Worth the money!

Great equipment, casual atmosphere, easy booking! Booked online and had no issue completing the waiver before arriving on site. Came on a busy Saturday (bike race weekend) and they were ready for my reservation. Greeted by someone at the gate, and very friendly check in, and the guys on the docs were great too. The north side of the lake is a better place to rent and avoid all the traffic on the south side. Thanks for an enjoyable experience during a busy and hectic season.

Knowledgeable staff, and very friendly. Had a blast on our two jet skis, and even with a party of 9, we were able to switch out people often. Initially, one of the jet skis we were assigned to was not very good, (according to the person working on the dock) so he called in and got us assigned to a newer and nicer jet ski, which I thought was really cool of him to do!

5 Stars for North Shore Landing! We booked 2 Jet Ski’s here & had an amazing experience! After making our online reservation for 11 AM, we showed up 15 minutes early, took care of the paperwork & jumped on 2 great Jet Ski’s. The friendly & professional staff explained everything to us before having an amazing time at Big Bear Lake! The weather was perfect (mid to high 80’s) & the fish were jumping all around us as we rode around the lake enjoying every second. We had so much fun & can’t wait to go back to this lovely place again!!!

Excellent experience ! Front desk assistance was very friendly, polite, professional, informative. I couldn't expect better customer service. Instructor and young dock personal were excellent in their assistance with me and my family. We had a lot of fun. I have No doubts in coming back to visit you guys or recommend you to my friends and family.
