Where to even begin with this dealership? I don’t want to leave anything out. I got my FIRST dealership car from them in September 2020. Jose and Danny we’re beyond helpful. Jose MADE SURE that I left with what I wanted. Danny also gave me great deals with the financial services and all that. These two… freaking awesome. Now 2021, I wanted something different, called Jose and he never disappoints! He introduced Cameron and just wow 🤩 . They made sure I left with what I wanted AGAIN. They made sure I left with the car I wanted and Danny was my same financial person and he was just as great as last time. I really recommend this dealership, they will give you what you want and make sure you go home with it. If you don’t get Cameron or Jose to show you the car and work some magic and Danny for your financials to do his magic too then that is ok because this place has very helpful workers and they will ensure you leave with what you want. They really had my best interest in mind and worked with me. If they see this,Thank you gentlemen for the amazing help.

Bought our mazda at this location about 9 months ago and they were great. From inventory to being helpful and answering all questions we had. They did an outstanding job. Stopped by today and they have not lost their touch. Great dealership.

I'm a first time Mazda buyer so finding a good dealership was one of my considerations. I ended up finding what I thought was one of the better mazda dealerships - at the time Fontana Mazda was outside my range. So when time came for my first service I was unhappy to find out that I had to book appointments online a few days out and by appointments it was basically a: "drop off on Monday through Friday". It was Saturday and I didn't want to take off work on Monday to take care of this (besides most repair services will be on a short notice so I was getting a bit alarmed). On a hunch I called Fontana Mazda. Mathew picked up the phone, I explained to him I bought the car elsewhere but needed a service ASAP and he told me to take it there. DJ the Service rep and Chris - the Service Manager were just unbelievably accommodating. I was in and out in 1 hour. Every single person there was super friendly despite the fact my car had prominent display of another dealership's name. I can only equate my experience with the one at South Bay BMW which is my all time favorite dealership. I don't know why the rating of this dealership is only 4.0 but if it keeps you from giving it a try you are missing out.

As soon as my family & I arrived, we were greeted by a kind woman named Melody. She has a bubbly personality & asked my partner & I many questions in order to help us choose the right vehicle. She is full of information about several vehicles on the lot & is very easy to talk to. She made us feel comfortable & feel good throughout the process.

This place is highly accommodating & the workers here will check in on you often to make sure you are good &/or if you need anything. Melody remained very confident in her ability to help us. I admire her for remaining professional. She has excellent listening skills & is beyond patient. & just when you think there is no way, she will find a way! Thank you so much, Melody, for helping us bring back the exciting energy we walked in with, of shopping for a new vehicle. I will not forget you!
