  I have known Kevin for almost 8 years now, we worked together for sometime. After a break in my career when I started looking for jobs Kevin helped me with interview process guiding me in the right direction. In the end, I have multiple offers.   Coaching with Kevin was amazing!
  
  Kevin helped me design a comprehensive life plan. In my first discussion I narrated the vision that I had in my life and after understanding my priorities and my life situation, Kevin came up with a complete life plan and gave me insights on how to address each area of my life.
  
  Getting my dream job was my top priority and Kevin helped me achieve it in the first three months. He provided lot of tips on improving my resume and ensured that it was true reflection of myself. After applying those changes, my resume received lot of positive responses which was pleasantly surprising. Kevin conducted few mock interviews and helped me get over my fears and blocks about facing personal interviews. After his sessions, now I am very comfortable with personal interviews. After coaching with Kevin, on my very first attempt, I instantly made it to the top final three in a firm but fell short of the top spot. But Kevin helped me stay positive and assisted me to overcome that obstacle and helped me learn from that experience. Kevin motivated me and gave me lots of confidence to keep going forward. Three weeks later, I received the dream job offer and it is way better than the previous one that I applied. I am so happy that I made it to my dream job. Hurray!
