The doctors are professional and the clinics show high attention to orderliness and cleanliness. Support staff is amazing.
Excellent experience! They saved my life!! I went in about an allergic reaction for my eyes, but as it was my first visit they also did a blood test. They called me later that same day and advised me my potassium level was at a very high rate. I have now changed my lifestyle. I no longer just eat whatever or drink whatever without thinking about the potassium content. I am now in a normal range. Thank you to the entire staff at San Manuel so nice, professional, and caring!!❤❤❤❤❤
I see there are some negative reviews here,
I just moved here from a different state and transferred from another IHS the beginning transfer needed a bit of paperwork but after that everything went well, fast scheduled dates, they transfer me quickly to speak to a nurse on call if I need, they also are fast with prescription and leave the same day with them or can have them transferred to a pharmacy near you, I also like how there is text notifications telling you while you are waiting that your prescription is ready and some rest you get answers within 10 to 16 minutes. Staff is very nice and informative I feel some people dont know how good they got it I also go to normal clinic with different insurance and other places you wait forever to get an appointment I can call hear and been seen the same day usually. I also like how they usually call me back in a fair amount of time if they are too busy and I have to leave a message with my phone # , . They are not robots always make me feel welcome.
Building does feel clean and does feel like it's in a secure location
Its gated and beautiful building.
Stress release positive people care with a smile very clean and thank you for all that you do
This establishment is a great service that San Manuel is doing for its local community. It's located in the City of Grand terrace right off the 215 freeway. Down the street from a shopping center and right next to some apartments on a downhill slope. There's a couple of buildings for different services on the property with parking always available without a hassle (at least when I go). I've never seen the line longer then two people, check in is always the smoothest part here. This is obviously an Indian clinic and I've been fortunate enough to have Apache blood in my veins, so I've been approved for healthcare. You have to set an appointment within your first ninety days and the wait-list is short, I had one for the upcoming week. I was waiting no longer then five minutes from my initial check in to be called in for my appointment. Sitting with a doctor and having an actual conversation about my conditions & not having that feeling of being rushed/just another number was never their. This place is a well oiled machine and will continue to add to the San Manuel brand as a local presence.
